Ciara's new album "Basic Instinct"...has been pushed back yet again! Ugh! I hate it when they do this 2 her. CiCi get it 2gether gwarl! And Fix You Wig Gwarl!!! Yaasssssss hunny. Cause im waitin 4 that album.
